My Second Home Programme |

We are
endorsed by The Ministry of Tourism Malaysia to promote
this programme to expatriates around the world. We work
hand in hand with The Ministry of Tourism Malaysia to recruit
and to bring interested applications into this programme.
We will
assist our applicants to submit, process and to follow up
on their applications until approval. We will laise with
The Ministry of Tourism Malaysia and also the Immigration
of Malaysia for the latest update and changes. Applicants
need not be in Malaysia for the submission of their applications.
Upon
approval, we will arrange for the applicants to purchase
a medical insurance and to open a bank account if necessary.
Applicants will be provided transport to the Immigration
Department for the endorsement of their passport with the
present of our consultant.

Car
Duty Exemption |
| |
All
approved applicants are entitled to purchase one Duty and
Sales Tax Exempted car. We will assist all our applicants
in their applications for Duty and Sales Tax Exemption.
Applicants
may placed their car orders thru us as our company represents
several well known car manufacturer namely Honda, Toyota,
Volvo and Mercedes Benz. We have a comprehensive price list
from all the models ranging from the recommended retailed
price to the Duty and Sales Tax Exempted price. All the
prices provided by us are updated regularly and with the
best offer. Interested applicants will be provided transport
to the showroom for a test drive if required. Car loan can
be arranged upon request.

Car
Importation |
| |
All
approved applicants are allowed to import one car from their
country of domicile. We have assisted many applicants from
many countries in importing their cars into Malaysia. We will
assist our applicants in:-

The Application for Import Approval Permit. |
|
|
Custom Clearance via Port Klang. |
|

Puspakom Car Inspection. |
|

Car Registration at Road Transport Department (JPJ). |

Driving License Conversion (selected countries only). |

Purchasing of Insurance. |

Assist in the purchase of car number plate. |

company charged a nominal fee for Car Importation Services.
We can also assist applicants in recommending trust worthy
forwarders in bringing in their car and processing the Custom
clearance. |

Insurance |
| |
We are
working with IHM to provide applicants with Medical Insurance.
All premiums are paid directly to the insurance company.
The premiums offered are one of the lowest in Malaysia but
with the best coverage and services.
We are
also working with Kurnia Insurance to provide a comprehensive
package for car purchaser particularly applicants who intend
to import their car. All prices quoted are reasonable and
competitive.
